Step into a nurturing space to pause, reflect and reconnect

Intimate live and virtual workshops designed to help you quiet the external noise, explore creative journaling prompts, and gently find your way back home to yourself.

Discover how mindfulness and journaling can help you shift from doing to being

Mindfulness and journaling are lifetime companions designed to guide you back home to your body, mind, and heart.

There is no goal to achieve here, no right or wrong way to begin, and absolutely no requirement for perfection.

By learning to observe your inner world with curiosity and non-judgment, you can slowly dismantle the internal pressure to constantly perform, giving yourself permission to shift from a human doing to a human being. Mindfulness is a way of being and living rather than just a tool to use when things get hard.

While meditation grounds you in the here and now, journaling offers a space to express whatever is resting beneath the surface.

Writing things down creates a gentle distance between you and your thoughts, helping you uncover hidden patterns, gain a new perspective, and define your values and boundaries.

In a world that constantly celebrates doing more and moving onto the next thing, choosing to slow down and rest is a beautifully rebellious act and a vital step in taking true care of yourself.

My workshops are not designed to "fix" you, because you do not need fixing. Instead, they are an intentional space to recharge your battery before it completely drains.

By learning to anchor your awareness in the present, you build the capacity to catch, appreciate, and fully appreciate the good things in your life. A single workshop won't magically erase all of your challenges, and it isn't meant to. Instead, it’s an intentional choice to slow down, collect your joys, and nurture your energy along the way.

Practices for the micro-joys, not just the hard times

There is a common myth that mindfulness and journaling are only meant to be picked up when things go wrong. A quick fix for a difficult day. But I created my workshops for something much deeper.

We live in a society that constantly conditions us to focus on the heavy things while rushing onto the next task. Because we are always too busy to pause, the beautiful, quiet moments of life often pass us by entirely unnoticed. But the truth is, we need those micro-joys to keep us going. We need them to keep us alive.

Let’s practice together!

My workshops are gentle, warm, and compassionate spaces where you can come as you are, and take only what you need.

Right now, I am behind the scenes quietly mapping out my next seasonal calendar of in-person and virtual events.

Every twist in my story led me back to what truly matters

15 years ago, I packed my bags and left Milan, my hometown, carrying a dream in the back pocket of my jeans: I wanted to become a novelist. I landed on a misty September morning in London, eager to earn my degree in Creative and Professional Writing.

After graduating, I spent seven years navigating the fast-paced worlds of communications and digital marketing. While it began with immense excitement, the path took a sharp turn, leaving me stranded in toxic work environments. My self-esteem was knocked down repeatedly, and I stayed far too long, at the expense of both my physical and mental health.

“Coraggio, Daniela,” my therapist would say at the end of every session. One day, those words finally broke through the noise. Realising I was the only one who could shake things up, I gathered my courage and embarked on a completely different path.

I trained to become a Mindfulness Teacher, and in 2020, I founded Women MAKE Stories (WMS), creating a warm, inclusive community for in-person and online mindfulness and journaling workshops. Over time, a game-changing experience as a hypnotherapy client completely transformed my outlook, revealing the deep power of the practice and inspiring me to become a Hypnotherapist myself.

In 2023, life took me across the Atlantic to Seattle for a beautiful chapter of growth alongside my husband, our cat Coconut, and our dog Nitro. But in 2026, I said “Arrivederci Seattle” and returned to the city where my journey first began. Today, I am back in London, bringing a fully integrated, trauma-informed practice home with me.

I am here to support you as you navigate life’s transitions, rediscover your strengths, and confidently write your next chapter.

The not-so-small details that make me who I am

My cat Coconut and my dog Nitro are my shadows; life wouldn’t be the same without them.

I’m still holding onto my dream of becoming a novelist, and right now, I’m deep in the editing process for the second draft of my book.

When I need to clear my mind, running keeps me grounded. I’ve completed four half-marathons so far but don’t ask me if I’m tackling a full one just yet!

I’ve spent most of my life living in bustling, big cities, but the sea will always have my heart and offer me a place to breathe.

To unwind, I am a big fan of essential oils: mint keeps me focused when I'm writing, and lavender helps me settle down when meditating.

I am an Italian who doesn't drink coffee. A matcha latte is my go-to instead. But when it comes to my absolute favourite food? A margherita pizza will always win me over.

I often find myself coming back to a particular line by Virginia Woolf that found me when I was at a very low point in my life. These words have shaped and accompanied me ever since, because I deeply believe that we are all capable of rewriting and rearranging our lives. Even when we go through the messy, painful bits, and even when it feels entirely impossible, somehow, we always find a way.

For me, this truth underpins everything I do in my practice:

"Arrange whatever pieces come your way."

Intentional, tailored paths built entirely around you. Whether you are seeking a deeply supportive space for personal reflection, a welcoming environment to connect with others, or a thoughtful approach to well-being in the workplace, every offering is designed to meet you exactly where you are, at your own pace.
