I keep things real here. Life's messy. And if you've moved across cities, countries, or chapters, you know that closing one life and opening another isn't as simple as shipping the boxes across an ocean.

Somewhere along the way, the anxiety crept in. The self-doubt grew louder. And the spark that used to feel like you went quiet. Maybe you're grieving something you can't quite name yet. A place, a rhythm, a friendship, a version of yourself you left behind.

You're not a failure because things didn't work out the way you planned. And no, not everything happens for a reason. Sometimes life simply hits hard, and there's no hidden lesson to find. You're also navigating a world that doesn't always make space for people in transition or for the ones it has too often overlooked. I hold that awareness with care in everything I do.

Digging deep and letting things bubble up takes real courage, patience and honesty. Bumps in the road are inevitable. Sometimes you need to sit still, or take a few steps back, before you can move forward. It's all part of being human.

I can't promise the journey will always be smooth, but I can promise you won't walk it alone. I'm right by your side. Together, we look at the knotty stories, the ones that keep you up at night, and through hypnotherapy, mindfulness and journaling, we gently untangle them. We move slowly, and never rush. You'll see that other paths are possible, and that it's never too late to come home to yourself.

My one-to-one sessions are a close collaboration between you and me. I anchor the deep work in trauma-informed hypnotherapy to rewire the subconscious patterns that run on autopilot, support your journey with mindfulness to ground your nervous system and use bespoke journaling prompts to integrate your shifts. Together, we build the inner resilience you need to overcome the daily obstacles that hold you back, allowing you to move forward with more courage, confidence, and ease.

You don’t have to navigate your journey in isolation. My workshops combine guided mindfulness meditations and reflective journaling to leave you feeling inspired, nurtured, and relaxed. I know what it feels like to battle anxiety, low self-esteem, and the constant story that you’re never quite good enough.

For years, I shrank myself inside toxic corporate jobs, holding back tears through the revolving doors at 9am. I also know this terrain because I’ve lived it: Milan to London Melbourne, Melbourne to London, London to Seattle, and home in London again. I know what it is to rebuild yourself in a new place, more than once, and to grieve a life you left behind even when leaving was the right thing.

During those years, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and journaling became my anchors. They reminded me that I’m the protagonist of my own story, and that I can always change the narrative, at my own pace, in my own time.

That’s why I founded my practice: to bring these three tools together and help you find your footing when everything feels uncertain. As a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and writer, I’m here to walk beside you as you rediscover who you are and write your next chapter.
