Trauma-informed mindfulness
My one-to-one sessions are designed to give you a more personalised mindfulness experience. I offer 8 week of one-to-one sessions where Iโll teach you the pillars of mindfulness, how to implement those techniques to support you in your day to day and how to use mindful writing to establish your unique self-care routine.
Combining the benefits of writing for wellbeing with mindfulness meditations, youโll leave each session feeling relaxed, restored and more creative. Are you ready to see your inner and outer world with more clarity, calm and compassion?
I know from experience that when you choose what really matters to you, life on the other side is definitely more meaningful. And as your mindfulness coach, Iโll help you get there.
Sometimes itโs about making big changes to your life and other times itโs about adjusting a few things here and there. Whatever it is thatโs troubling you, weโll explore it together and carve a new path. Youโll always be in control of this journey and youโll decide which way to go based on what gives you joy and really aligns with you.
Iโll meet you exactly where you are and hold a friendly and non-judgmental space solely for you. Thereโs no need to perform with me. Come to each session knowing that you can be just who you are at that moment in time and leave feeling re-energised, uplifted and clearer on your next steps.

My approach is
Mindfulness encourages you to be aware, to pay attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and with no judgement. This means being aware of everything, including distractions and discomfort.
By being more aware of whatโs going on inside and outside of you, you stimulate your creativity and open yourself to an infinity of stories that you hadnโt even thought about. When you stop overthinking and let go of your worries, you realise once again that your imagination has no limits.
Being curious and paying attention to the small details that are around you is a powerful skill when we are writing too. Mindful writing is helpful both when you journal and when you want to create fiction.
When you journal, it gives you a chance to check in with how you feel both physically and mentally. As when you write our thoughts down, you create a barrier between them and yourselves. All of a sudden, you are not stuck in your bubble of thoughts and by seeing those words on paper, you realise that you are not our thoughts. They have nothing to do with who you really are and they don't define you.
Living more mindfully means that you are able to notice these thoughts and feelings and that you are able to control how you react to them. When you find yourselves at a crossroad, mindfulness gives you choices and a new perspective on things. You can either walk down the same old street that brings you frustration, anger and disappointment or you can walk down a new street, one in which you let go of your existing patterns and habits and welcome new ways of seeing and dealing with things.
Iโll combine Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) techniques with journaling and creative prompts.aling and creative prompts.

Weโll have a free 15 minute connection call first to see if we are a good fit, what are the challenges that youโd like to address and how I can best hold space for you.
If you decide that Grounded and Grateful is for you, Iโll design your unique journey tailored to your needs.
This is also a good opportunity to ask questions - there are no silly ones!
Iโll then send you a recap email of everything weโve discussed during our call.
If you decide that hypnotherapy is for you, Iโll design your unique journey tailored to your needs and send you a digital welcome pack.
Our experience together
1 x 90 minutes online session to go through all the nuts and bolts of our journey together and 7 x 60 minutes remaining online sessions over 8 weeks.
Weโll have our first 90 minutes online session where youโll have more time to share your story and experience a relaxing hypnotherapy technique. Iโll also go through the nitty-gritty of our journey together.
Youโll then have 7 x 60 minutes online remaining online sessions that can be done weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Whatever works best for you.
After each session, Iโll send you some follow-up notes and the audio of each technique we covered so that you can continue practise in your own time, integrating what youโre learning and making progress.
And if you need extra help, you can always email me in between sessions.
Cost
A one-off session costs $100 (roughly ยฃ79 or 93โฌ)
The 8 week programme costs $800 (roughly ยฃ747 or 639โฌ)
Payment plans are available at no extra cost. You can pay weekly or in a block of 2 or 3 instalments.
Payment needs to be made ahead of each session.
