If you’ve explored my homepage, you might already know a bit of my story. You might know that I spent years navigating anxiety and pushing through toxic corporate jobs before finding my way back to what truly matters to me.
But what I don’t talk enough about is how much writing saved me during those challenging times.
Long before I became a trauma-informed hypnotherapist and mindfulness teacher, I was a writer trying to make sense of a world that felt too loud. Journaling helped me find my voice and start building a life on my own terms.
That is exactly why SPACE & SELF exists.
This monthly letter isn’t just a marketing update. It’s a slow, soft place where I share mindfulness and hypnotherapy tools, journaling prompts, and honest musings that helped me reclaim my own path, so they can support you in reclaiming yours.
