Iโ€™m a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and writer.

I get what it's like to struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem and that nagging feeling of never quite feeling enough.

For years, I found myself shrinking in my relationships and holding back tears as I stepped into toxic jobs. But through my own healing journey and powerful practices like hypnotherapy, mindfulness and journaling, I realised that I'm the protagonist of my own story, and I can rewrite it on my terms and pace.

And that's why I decided to start my own business, blending these transformative tools to help you navigate life's ups and downs, discover what matters to you the most and create a life that brigs you joy and aligns with who you really are and your needs.
