Step into a nurturing space to pause, reflect and reconnect
Intimate live and virtual workshops designed to help you quiet the external noise, explore creative journaling prompts, and gently find your way back home to yourself.
Discover how mindfulness and journaling can help you shift from doing to being
Mindfulness and journaling are lifetime companions designed to guide you back home to your body, mind, and heart.
There is no goal to achieve here, no right or wrong way to begin, and absolutely no requirement for perfection.
By learning to observe your inner world with curiosity and non-judgment, you can slowly dismantle the internal pressure to constantly perform, giving yourself permission to shift from a human doing to a human being. Mindfulness is a way of being and living rather than just a tool to use when things get hard.
While meditation grounds you in the here and now, journaling offers a space to express whatever is resting beneath the surface.
Writing things down creates a gentle distance between you and your thoughts, helping you uncover hidden patterns, gain a new perspective, and define your values and boundaries.
In a world that constantly celebrates doing more and moving onto the next thing, choosing to slow down and rest is a beautifully rebellious act and a vital step in taking true care of yourself.
My workshops are not designed to "fix" you, because you do not need fixing. Instead, they are an intentional space to recharge your battery before it completely drains.
By learning to anchor your awareness in the present, you build the capacity to catch, appreciate, and fully appreciate the good things in your life. A single workshop won't magically erase all of your challenges, and it isn't meant to. Instead, it’s an intentional choice to slow down, collect your joys, and nurture your energy along the way.
Practices for the micro-joys, not just the hard times
There is a common myth that mindfulness and journaling are only meant to be picked up when things go wrong. A quick fix for a difficult day. But I created my workshops for something much deeper.
We live in a society that constantly conditions us to focus on the heavy things while rushing onto the next task. Because we are always too busy to pause, the beautiful, quiet moments of life often pass us by entirely unnoticed. But the truth is, we need those micro-joys to keep us going. We need them to keep us alive.
Let’s practice together!
My workshops are gentle, warm, and compassionate spaces where you can come as you are, and take only what you need.
Right now, I am behind the scenes quietly mapping out my next seasonal calendar of in-person and virtual events.

For when life’s lifing and you just need a moment to breathe
Sometimes, the most important part of a practice happens in the quiet moments between attending a workshop and returning to life itself.
Through my ongoing partnership with Clementine App, I created a series of short morning and bedtime audio journaling sessions that invite you to pause and check in with yourself.
There is no overthinking, no pressure, and no complicated routines here. These tracks are designed to act as your daily anchors by offering a nurturing space to quiet an overactive inner critic, release the weight of a busy day, and find your way back to yourself.
A gentle space dedicated entirely to you
If you are looking for more bespoke, individual support, I offer one-to-one trauma-informed hypnotherapy sessions.
Together, we work from the comfort of your own home to help you gently navigate stress, ease anxiety, and build inner resilience at your own pace.
Let’s co-create something beautiful together
I love partnering with fellow creatives, intentional brands, and wellness practitioners to bring impactful events to life.
If you are planning an upcoming gathering or retreat and would like to invite me as a guest facilitator or if you would like us to co-create a warm, intentional space together, I would love to hear from you.
